Clear the subgrade of sharp objects, large stones, and debris. Level the surface to ensure uniform support.
Unroll the geotextile flat on the prepared surface. Avoid dragging and ensure the fabric is free of wrinkles.
Overlap adjacent rolls by at least 30-50cm. For critical applications, thermal bonding or sewing is recommended.
Carefully place the next layer (soil, stone, or geomembrane) over the geotextile to avoid displacement or tearing.
Each roll is wrapped in a heavy-duty, UV-stabilized woven bag to protect against moisture and handling damage.
Standard widths of 5.8m and 7.0m are optimized for 40ft container loading to reduce shipping costs.
Rolls are labeled with type, weight, width, and batch number for easy on-site traceability.
