Ensure the base is smooth, compacted, and free of sharp stones, roots, or debris that could puncture the liner.

Unroll the geomembrane carefully, avoiding dragging. Allow for thermal expansion/contraction by leaving slight slack.

Alignment & Overlap

Overlap adjacent panels by 10-15cm. Ensure the overlap area is clean, dry, and free of dust before welding.

Hot Wedge Welding

Use a dual-track hot wedge welder for long straight seams to create a pressure-testable air channel.

Extrusion Welding

Apply extrusion welding for detail areas, patches, corners, and pipe penetrations.
