Bitumen Self-Adhesive Waterproof Sealing Aluminum Tape is a cold-applied flashing tape composed of polymer-modified asphalt laminated with a heavy-duty, anti-UV reinforced aluminum foil. Engineered for quick repairs, it provides immediate high-grab waterproofing and seam-sealing for residential and commercial structures.

Installation Method

Peel-and-stick cold application. Ensure substrate is clean, dry, and sound. Dusty concrete surfaces must be pre-treated with a bitumen primer first. Peel off the release lining from the adhesive side, align the tape, and apply it directly onto the seam. Use a hand roller or cloth to smooth the tape from the middle outwards, ensuring no air bubbles are trapped. Press overlap edges firmly.

Packaging & Loading

Rolls are individually shrink-wrapped, packed into heavy-duty corrugated cardboard cartons, and then vertically/horizontally stacked on wooden pallets with robust strapping and plastic stretch film.

Storage & Shelf Life

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not stack pallets to avoid crushing. Shelf life is 12 months.
