Roofing Repair Sealant Tape Butyl Waterproof Tape is a highly flexible, non-hardening sealant tape composed of 100% solid-state unvulcanized butyl rubber compound laminated to a protective, heavy-duty embossed aluminum foil. It delivers permanent flexibility, excellent UV block, and immediate high-tack leak sealing across a wide variety of construction substrates.

Peel-and-stick cold application. Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free of dirt, rust, or loose paint. Cut the tape to the required length. Peel away the release film and carefully align the tape over the seam or crack. Press firmly along the entire surface of the tape using your hand, cloth, or a small roller to expel air bubbles and ensure 100% surface contact. Best results are obtained when applied at temperatures above 5°C.
Rolls are individually shrink-wrapped with clean release paper side-shields, packed horizontally in corrugated export-grade cartons, and then securely stacked and shrink-wrapped on heavy-duty wooden pallets.
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat. Shelf life is 12-24 months in original packaging.
