Building Roof Flexible PVC Waterproofing Membrane is a high-grade polymer sheet produced by Weifang Tianyuan from premium polyvinyl chloride resin, plasticizers, stabilizers, and UV absorbers. Reinforced with polyester fabric (L) or glass fiber (G), this membrane provides a lightweight, durable, and highly weather-resistant single-ply roofing solution with heat-welded seams.

Installation Method

Can be installed using three main methods: 1. Mechanically Attached System (for exposed metal/concrete decks): Lay the membrane flat, secure it with steel plates and fasteners along the seam line, and hot-air weld the overlapping sheets. 2. Fully Adhered System (for concrete roofs/substructures): Apply PVC adhesive to both the substrate and membrane underside, roll flat, and press with a roller. 3. Ballasted System: Lay loose, weld all joints, and cover with gravel. Note: All seam laps must be hot-air welded at 350°C–450°C.

Packaging & Loading

Rolls are wrapped with core protectors, packed in moisture-proof woven PP bags, and bound with plastic strapping. Typically loaded directly in 20ft/40ft containers.

Storage & Shelf Life

Store horizontally on flat surfaces in clean, dry conditions. Keep away from fire, heat, direct sunlight, and moisture. Shelf life is 12 to 24 months.
