Energy-efficient TPO single-ply roofing membrane with high solar reflectance. Heat-welded seams and extreme weather resistance.
Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) single-ply waterproofing roofing membrane. This advanced formulation combines ethylene-propylene rubber (for elasticity and durability) and polypropylene (for strength and weldability). It is modified with stabilizers, antioxidants, and UV absorbers to resist extreme weather, making it highly suitable for exposed roofing projects.
| Attribute | Specification |
|---|---|

| Elongation at Break | >= 500% (Homogeneous) |
| Tear Strength | >= 350 N (Reinforced) |
| Low Temp Flex | -40 deg C, no cracks |
| Heat Aging | 115 deg C for 670 hrs, no cracking |
| Standards | GB 27789-2011 / ASTM D6878 |
TPO can be installed using three main systems: 1) Mechanically Fastened: The membrane is secured to the deck using specialized plates and fasteners through the edge, and overlapping sheets are hot-air welded. 2) Fully Adhered: Substrate adhesive is applied to the deck and sheet backing, mated together, and rolled, followed by hot-air welding of seams. 3) Loose-Laid and Ballasted.
Selling unit: Single roll. Approx. 8,000 to 10,000 square meters per 20ft container. Securely packed in original wrappers.
Rolls must be stored horizontally on flat surfaces in clean, dry conditions. Keep away from fire and direct sunlight. Shelf life is 12 to 24 months.
Custom colors (White, Grey, Green), private branding, and reinforcement variations (Polyester/Glass-fiber) are available.
