Product Overview

Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) synthetic rubber waterproofing membrane. This premium, single-ply elastomeric rubber sheeting is compounded with high-grade vulcanized EPDM polymer, carbon black, processing oils, and vulcanizing agents. It offers superior durability, extreme elasticity, and virtually unmatched resistance to weathering, ozone, and heat aging.

Installation Method

1. Fully Adhered: Apply bonding adhesive to both the substrate and the sheet backing, then press the membrane down and roll. 2) Overlaps: Seal laps using EPDM seam tape and specialized primer. 3) Loose-Laid and Ballasted: Lay sheets loose and weigh down with river stones or concrete slabs.

Packaging & Loading

Selling unit: Single roll. Approx. 8,000 square meters per 20ft container (for 1.2mm thickness).

Storage & Shelf Life

Store horizontally on flat ground in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse. Keep away from petroleum products. Shelf life is 12 to 24 months for packaged rolls.

Custom widths (up to 8m seamless), thicknesses (1.0 to 3.0 mm), and private label wrappers are available.
