Product Overview

A pre-applied high-density polyethylene (HDPE) self-adhesive waterproofing membrane. Consists of a high-density polyethylene base sheet, a non-bitumen environmental high-polymer self-adhesive layer, and a protective layer (available with a white/yellow sand finish or an adhesive PET release film). This product is specifically designed for underground structures, subway stations, and civil foundation projects. It forms a continuous, permanent chemical bond with poured concrete, effectively eliminating lateral water migration.

Installation Method

Pre-applied (blind-side) waterproofing method. Roll out the HDPE membrane onto the prepared substrate (mud slab or retaining wall) with the self-adhesive/sand layer facing up (towards the concrete pour). Lap joints must be tightly bonded using the self-adhesive selvage and rolled firmly. Position reinforcement rebars directly over the membrane. Pour the concrete mix; as it cures, a permanent mechanical and chemical bond is established between the membrane and the concrete.

Packaging & Loading

Selling unit: Single roll. Approx. 10,000 to 12,000 square meters per 20ft container (subject to thickness and width). Securely wrapped for export.

Storage & Shelf Life

Rolls must be stored horizontally in an upright, dry, well-ventilated warehouse away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Shelf life is 12 months.
