Polymer Cement (JS) Waterproof Coating is a high-performance, two-component waterproofing material that combines the high elasticity of synthetic polymers with the excellent durability of cementitious materials.
As a professional manufacturer in Shouguang, Tianyuan Waterproof has optimized this JS system for the most demanding project environments.
Can be applied directly onto damp or wet base layers, significantly speeding up project timelines.
Forms a powerful molecular bond with concrete, masonry, and mortar surfaces, preventing delamination.
Water-based, non-toxic, and solvent-free. Safe for drinking water reservoirs and indoor residential use.
Maintains a flexible membrane that can accommodate minor structural movements and hair-line cracks.
Primary waterproofing for bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, and laundry rooms before tiling.
Reliable protection for basements, elevator pits, foundation walls, and subway tunnels.
Used for lining swimming pools, fire-fighting water tanks, and drinking water reservoirs.
Suitable for non-exposed roofing projects and as a detail reinforcement for complex roof shapes.
Applied on bridge decks, culverts, and municipal civil engineering projects requiring flexible protection.
Specially formulated to ensure no-sagging on vertical walls, maintaining a consistent dry film thickness.
Allows water vapor to escape from the substrate while remaining completely impermeable to liquid water.
Available in standard white/grey, or customizable with pigments for easy multi-coat application monitoring.
Compatible with wood, glass, plasterboard, foam, and even aged asphalt or SBS membrane surfaces.

Clean the substrate from oil, dust, and loose debris. Pre-moisten dry concrete surfaces with water, but avoid standing water.
Pour liquid into a mixing pail. Gradually add powder while stirring with an electric mixer for 3-5 minutes until lump-free.
Apply a reinforced layer (with fiberglass mesh if needed) at corners, pipe penetrations, and joints before general coating.
Apply 2-3 coats using a brush or roller. Ensure the second coat is applied perpendicular to the first once it is touch-dry.
Allow at least 24 hours of air curing. Protect the surface from heavy rain or mechanical damage during the drying period.
Standard supply comes in a 50kg set: one 20kg plastic drum (Liquid) and one 30kg woven bag (Powder).
We offer private labeling and custom bucket designs for distributors and project-based bulk orders.
Rolls and drums are palletized and shrink-wrapped for safe international maritime shipping.
It depends on the application. JS coating is breathable and excels on wet substrates (like new concrete), making it ideal for indoor wet areas and basements. Polyurethane offers higher elongation and is better for exposed roofing.
Typically, for a 1.5mm thickness, you will need approximately 2.0kg to 2.5kg of the mixed slurry per square meter across 2-3 coats.
Adding water is generally not recommended as it alters the polymer-to-cement ratio and can weaken the final waterproof film.
Yes, our JS coating is non-toxic and environmentally friendly, meeting safety standards for use in drinking water reservoirs and aquaculture ponds.
