Polyurethane (PU) waterproof coating is the ultimate solution for seamless, joint-free protection. By curing into a tough, rubber-like elastic film, it provides an impenetrable barrier that perfectly conforms to the most irregular substrates and complex pipeline penetrations.
Ideal for high-end residential basements, commercial kitchens, and large-scale civil engineering, Tianyuan’s PU coating offers extreme tensile strength and low-temperature flexibility. As a factory-direct manufacturer, we provide both single and two-component systems with full OEM support for drum branding and color customization.
Forms a continuous, monolithic elastic film without joints, effectively eliminating the risk of seam leakage.
Excellent cohesive force on concrete, wood, metal, and damp substrates, providing versatile application options.
The rubber-like cured film accommodates structural movements, vibration, and thermal expansion without cracking.
Perfect for complex pipeline areas, corners, and irregular shapes where sheet membranes are difficult to install.
Heavy-duty waterproofing for basements, foundations, tunnels, and civil air defense works.
Ideal for indoor wet areas, balconies, and lavatories requiring a reliable seamless barrier.
Suitable for non-exposed flat roofs, terraces, canopies, and complex roof refurbishment projects.
Applicable for bridge decks, reservoirs, sewage plants, and large-scale municipal waterproofing.
Single-component formula reacts with air moisture to cure, providing convenient on-site application.
Maintains flexibility at temperatures as low as -40degC, ensuring performance in harsh winter climates.
Superior resistance to environmental pollutants, mild acids, and alkalis commonly found in soil.
Available in multiple colors to meet project-specific aesthetic and identification requirements.

Substrate must be firm, smooth, and free from loose particles, oil, and standing water.
Apply extra coating at internal/external corners, pipe roots, and expansion joints first.
Stir Group A and B thoroughly in a 1:2 ratio until a uniform color and consistency are achieved.
Apply in 2-3 layers. Each layer should be perpendicular to the previous one after it becomes tack-free.
Maintain a total thickness of 1.5mm>=.0mm for optimal performance in underground projects.
Ensure proper ventilation. Protect the finished layer from physical damage until fully cured.
Supplied in 20kg or 25kg airtight metal drums to ensure long-term chemical stability.
Keep in a cool, ventilated area below 40degC. Protect from direct sunlight and moisture.
Full support for custom drum designs, private labels, and specific color formulations.
12 Months in original airtight packaging
Customized based on drum size and weight
1:2 for two-component type
Yes, our PU coating is designed with high adhesive strength (>=.0MPa) for damp base surfaces, provided there is no standing water.
Single-component is more convenient for small or complex areas as it's ready-to-use. Two-component is often preferred for large-scale industrial projects due to cost-efficiency and curing speed.
While highly resistant, we recommend a protective topcoat or non-exposed application for maximum service life under direct UV.
