TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) waterproofing membrane is a single-ply polymer sheet that has become the fastest-growing segment in the global commercial roofing market. It combines the flexibility of rubber with the heat-weldability of thermoplastics. Every seam is fused with hot-air welding at +400°C to +620°C — no open flame, no bitumen kettles — and the white surface reflects solar radiation with an SRI of 0.85 or higher, which measurably lowers roof surface temperature and building cooling demand.
